九洲药业有限公司，前身为成立于1970年10月的清华大学医学院实验药厂，2001年11月改制成为有限责任公司。历经30多年不懈努力，现已发展为具有研发、生产和销售能力的综合性制药企业，是清华大学五大重点企业之一，及北京市高新技术企业。2002年底增资扩股后，实力更为雄厚。2003年12月通过药品生产质量管理规范即GMP认证，发展势头更为强劲迅猛。
